Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on every order. There are no shipping charges at checkout, no minimum spend and no hidden fees.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after processing. Our products are shipped from our overseas fulfilment partners, which allows us to offer free shipping and keep our prices low.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays can occur due to high demand, customs clearance or unforeseen carrier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to appear.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Zavlo is not responsible for any customs charges or import duties applied to your order. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost or Late Items

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sabazalillc@gmail.com and we will resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.
